Handling your message
We compare reports with sources and game conditions before updating confirmed information. We cannot guarantee a response time. Do not send game passwords or payment information. Requests to delete personal information in correspondence can be sent to the same address.
Rights requests
For corrections or removal involving maps, game images or videos, include the relevant URL, information identifying the material and the reason for the request. Attribution does not prevent a rights request from being reviewed.
Languages
Korean is the primary language for correspondence. You may also send explanations and supporting material in English or Japanese.
